Sara Kahn Troster is a Policy Associate at the Cutler Institute and Muskie School of Public Service, Maine Rural Health Research Center, conducting research and analysis in support of the Center’s projects. She is a member of the Flex Monitoring Team, which evaluates the impact of the Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Grant Program. Her recent work has including policy briefs about innovative developments at federally qualified health centers, in health care governance, and in moving rural health systems to value-based payment, and the development of the Maine Rural Health Profiles, a county-by-county look at health status and resources across the state.
