Theresa has worked in early care & educations settings in New England for close to 30 years, beginning in a private, non-profit childcare center in Vermont followed by work with Head Start and Early Head Start in Downeast Maine.  She enjoys gardening projects and rocky ocean-side hikes with her husband and adult daughter, and the've recently welcomed Abby, a 10 week old German Shepherd puppy into their family.

Areas of Expertise

Theresa provides technical assistance and consultation to childcare providers in Washington county, along with parts of Aroostook county. She has many years of experience working with programs serving infants and toddlers, and has an in-depth, experiential knowledge regarding Head Start and Early Head Start. Her interests include the provision of meaningful, child-centered play experiences that engage learners of all ages, along with supporting early childhood teachers in the vital work they do.


 Academic Degrees: BS Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood
