Tom has always been a tinkerer which led him to a career in IT working as technical support for a software company in Waltham, MA in 1997. Shortly after, with a burgeoning technology sector, he accepted a position in the IT department of a San Francisco PR firm. By the end of his run with Porter Novelli, he ended up in NYC with experience in all facets of IT Management: personnel, data, project, vendor, and government compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley).
Looking for a quieter life, he found a position as a Systems Administrator with the University of Southern Maine's System IT department. Now he extends that experience as an IT Business Analyst in support the Cutler Data Services group in their analytics work for the State of Maine and beyond.
