Laura has worked with the Catherine Cutler Institute since 2002 on a variety of funded projects, such as the Child Welfare Training Institute (CWTI), National Child Welfare Workforce Institute (NCWWI), Northeast and Caribbean Implementation Center (NCIC), and most recently the Maine Economic Improvement Fund (MEIF).
