Zephyros, or Zeph, is a Policy Assistant at the Catherine Cutler Institute. He primarily supports two educational projects:
1. Resource Family Introductory Training (RFIT), which trains new resource families as part of their licensing process in Maine. Zeph serves as an early contact point for resource families, manages registration, formats and organizes training materials, and provides technical support to families and trainers.
2. Foundations Training, which trains new caseworkers as they begin their careers throughout Maine. Zeph manages a large part of the Office of Child and Family Services Learning Portal, formats and organizes training materials, provides curriculum support, and helps register new caseworkers for Foundations Training.
Zeph is interested in knowledge management, archival and library sciences, and folklore. Outside of work you might see him Irish dancing in Portland.
