Complete this form to request a copy of your faculty letter. Fields indicated by a red star are required. Letter requests will be processed the week preceding the start of each semester. Letter requests received after the start of the semester will be processed within 5 business days. These will be sent to your @maine.edu email address.
It is recommended that students make an appointment to meet with each of their professors as soon as possible at the beginning of the semester. Students should take their letters to these meetings. At the meeting, the following topics should be discussed:
- The accommodations you are eligible to receive and how they apply to the course format
- The responsibilities you and your professor will each share in order to facilitate the outlined accommodations.
