Amanda Curtis Kezal, owner of Holistic Pathways in Gorham, holds a B.A. in Holistic Studies from Norwich University. She is a certified and registered Kripalu Yoga Teacher and certified Pregnancy Yoga Teacher, with many additional certifications and hours in diverse forms of yoga styles. In 2000, Amanda introduced the yoga credit course specifically for USM, next designing the online credit course in 2009.  With over 20 years experience, Amanda’s innovative approach to helping others reap the many benefits of yoga has inspired her to create and trademark many of her own yoga methods. Being an avid runner, Amanda works with athletes and understands (and lives!) the balance of creating a gentle and challenging yoga practice.  She is a Yoga with Weights™ Instructor, with training in Yoga Shred, Core Strength Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga and Meditation. She created the first HIIT™ (High Intensity Interval Training) Yoga classes in Maine, which she currently teaches online through her studio.  After completing her ambitious certification in Expressive Yoga and Sacred Dance Fusion in Las Vegas, she created her own Rhythm & Pose™, which eventually led to her unique Yoga Fusion style. She is a lifestyle/wellness coach and health educator. As a Reiki Master and Therapeutic Touch practitioner, her background and interests include research in healing through holistic and natural means, nutrition, self-care, spirituality, homeopathy, long-distance running, and essential oils.
