The Facilities Management Department is eager to share that our web link for customer work requests is active and ready for use!
Over the past year, Facilities has worked with many departments testing the system and preparing the Facilities Customer Work Request web link for widespread use.
To submit an electronic work request, users can go to the following link and log in using MaineStreet credentials:https://webapp.usm.maine.edu/FMRequests/
Please note non-building maintenance requests will require that financial chartfield information be submitted as part of the request.
