USM's Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program is a scholarly fellowship that brings together diverse areas of student research and creative activities at the undergraduate level. The program fosters student-faculty collaboration with tremendous, mutual intellectual and professional development benefits.
On May 30, 17 students from the Tourism and Hospitality program will be traveling from Boston to Bermuda on Holland America’s ship M.S. Veendam for a week-long cruise as part of a class. The students have also set up social media feeds where the public can follow them on their adventures. People can follow them on Twitter and Instagram at @usmtourism, and can follow them on Facebook by “liking” USM Tourism and Hospitality’s Facebook page. They will be posting with the hashtag #USMB2B2015.
