The Food Studies Program is piloting a similar project at Upperclass Hall in Gorham this Spring semester. It is being led by Eric Day, Lauren Olson, and Jamie Picardy. Students in Professor Jess Gerrior's FSP 210 class are analyzing the food recovered in this project. Stay tuned for more info!
