On Wednesday, March 12, the third annual Timothy B. Hussey Leadership Institute at USM. convened emerging leaders and entrepreneurs from around Maine, as well as USM students, for a day devoted the topic of “cultivating authentic leadership.” The event culminated with a keynote address in Hannaford Hall by Carla Harris, Vice Chairman of Wealth Management and Senior Client Advisor at Morgan Stanley.
Named by Fortune as one of the nation’s top 50 black business leaders, Carla Harris shared her well-earned strategies for thriving in the workplace. “Bring your whole, authentic self to the job,” she urged.
