Graduate Assistantship Funding Request

Graduate Assistantship Funding Request

The Office of Graduate Studies (OGS) will be providing funding for a limited number of graduate assistantships for the 2023-2024 academic year to University departments.

To apply for OGS funding, please submit the following form by December 15, 2022.

*If you are interested in requesting funding for more than one graduate assistantship, please note the following:

  • If the positions you are requesting funding for have the same job description, only one application is required.
  • If the positions you are requesting funding for are different, you will need to submit multiple applications.

*New for 2023-24: Due to high demand and limited funds, we are only accepting requests for 10-hour per week GA positions. However, you may combine other funding (department or grant) to create a 20-hour position if you wish.

**We encourage the design of online and low residency GA positions where possible, as this will expand opportunities to more of our graduate students.
