Dr. Coste's research and publications are in the areas of leadership innovations, group dynamics, and organizational communication.
Areas of Scholarship
Applications of her work focus on refining the training processes that enhance team creativity and on helping professionals develop the knowledge and techniques they need to enhance their leadership abilities in multi-cultural, multi-national environments. She is the founder of The Montagu Project, a global learning lab in South Africa.
