Public Computers

The University Libraries provide access to a small number of public access computers for purposes associated with an academic library, such as research and accessing electronic resources. Usage policies vary by campus.Users are expected to become familiar with the Library's policies:

Glickman Library - Portland

  • 6 Public Access computers
  • Individuals wishing to access the library’s public computers must register for a free internet card.
  • Patrons must be 18 years or older and present a photo ID.
  • Access is limited to 60 minutes per day.

Gorham Campus Library

  • 2 Public Computers
  •  Access is limited to 60 minutes per day.

Lewiston Auburn Campus Library

  • 1 Public Computer
  • Access is limited to 30 minutes per day if others are waiting.

Printing

  • A separate card must be purchased to print from public computers
  • The cost of the card is $5. Value must be added to the card to print.
