2015 USM Summer Youth Music and Theatre Camps Registration Form

Registrations for 2015 Summer Camps and Academies opens each year on the first business day of February.

Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Some sections fill very quickly; early registration is advised. A waiting list** will be kept for filled sections.

Please have your credit or debit card ready.

Register in three easy steps:

1. Complete the registration form that will be provided here. After you click submit, you will see a screen containing the rest of these instructions, and a link for online payment of your deposit. Important note, our communication with you will by primarily by e-mail from now through camp time. Please be sure to give an accurate and valid parent e-mail address. 

2. After you submit the form, follow the link given to pay your $50 non-refundable deposit online by debit or credit card (note: cash and check deposits will also be accepted if received within 5 business of your initial registration).

3. Watch for an email that will confirm registration for your child. The email will be sent to the one provided on the registration form.

** A note about the waiting list: If your child is placed on a waiting list, we will hold your deposit. If a spot opens up, we'll let you know and the deposit will be applied to the camp fee. If you do not wish to remain on the waiting list, or we cannot offer you a spot, the deposit will be refunded. If your child remains on the waiting list until the start of camp, and you are offered a spot at that time but do not accept it, there will be no refund of the deposit. There are no guarantees with the waiting list, but there are times when a spot opens at the last minute, several people on the list, but no one able to attend. Therefore, please keep in touch if your plans change, and you do not wish to remain on the waiting list.

Registration is now open. Register early. Some sections are already filled; waiting lists are kept.
Music camps registrations must show only one primary instrument. Anyone who plays a secondary instrument may include that in the comments, if you choose. All band camp registrants may also choose piano, guitar, bass guitar or double bass, but only if their primary instrument is a wind or percussion instrument.
Include the name of any secondary instruments in the comment field
Each room has two beds. There are two rooms to a suite. No more than four students can be placed in a single suite under any circumstances, so please plan accordingly if you are requesting roommates. For this reason, not all requests can be accommodated. Students who do not request a roommate will be placed with other students of the same gender, and similar age and grade, and when possible, similar instruments.
Answering this question will help us with future communications about our summer camps.
Due to space and ensemble limitations, submission of this registration form is not a guarantee of camp enrollment. You will receive enrollment confirmation from camp staff. Please mention here if there is anything unclear, or additional information you would like us to have at this time. Once your registration is confirmed, we will ask you for the more detailed information we will need for your camper to have a safe and enjoyable experience. Include in this field any secondary instruments, and any other questions you may have.
