Anya Rader Wallack, PhD,
Chair of Green Mountain Care Board.

Anya Rader Wallack will describe how Vermont seeks to make health care  a public good, create an integrated delivery system and move to a single system where access to health coverage is not linked to employment. She will provide details on cost containment strategies underway and explain how Vermont is implementing the Affordable Care Act as part of its broader reform.

Dr. Wallack will join a panel of Maine leaders who will react to the presentation and engage in a facilitated discussion about lessons for Maine.
