The Office of Registration & Scheduling Services supports the instructional mission of the University by providing key services to students, faculty, academic and administrative departments, and to the public.
Services include course record management, classroom assignment, final exam scheduling, academic record creation and maintenance, student registrations, grade processing, transcript issuance, student and administrative policies, student and course information system operation, the dissemination of accurate, timely and complete information, and service on University committees.
The Office of Registration & Scheduling Services is responsible for the overall management of student records, the associated database, and for ensuring compliance with FERPA. The Office is additionally responsible for recording such critical functions as academic honors, sanctions, and dismissals.
The Office of Registration & Scheduling Services is located at 107 Bailey Hall on the Gorham Campus, and can be reached by phone at (207) 780-5230, and by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration, along with some of our other services, can also be handled in person at the Advising Center at 119 Payson Smith Hall on the Portland Campus and at 119 Lewiston-Auburn College.
