There are several options for producing printed materials for your office or program. Explore the links below to see which option best suits your needs. If you aren’t sure where to start, contact Katie Matzell at email@example.com or x4551.
Stationery, business cards, and standard marketing materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, and postcards. These are already brand-approved; simply add in your copy and images. You only need to pay for printing costs; pricing options can be viewed before you send your project for printing.
Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Templates. These are ideal for temporary signage, such as communicating class or meeting changes. (NOTE: Make sure you are running the latest version of Microsoft Office. If you need help upgrading, contact Computing Services.)
Items such as booklets, banners, folders, tablecloths, one-sheets, and other items not available in the Print Design Template System. Design and print costs (and postage, if the piece is being mailed) are covered by the requestor(s). Designs are created by professional designers and vetted by USM Marketing and Brand Management at a price much less than outside designers would cost.
