Art Program at LAC
Junior nursing students at the University of Southern Maine joined residents from Schooner Estates to participate in an art program at the Lewiston Auburn College Art Atrium. The exhibit for this fall was themed “Secrets of the Sea”. Robyn Holman, director of the Art Atrium, brought multiple artists together in a collaborative mixed media presentation for the university and community.

Greg Burns, a USM School of Nursing graduate and a nurse at HomeHealth Visiting Nurses of Southern Maine in Saco, ME was nominated as a finalist for the 2014 Home Care & Hospice Nurse of the Year Award. For the past 24 years, his focus has been pediatrics and he's been a strong advocate for children.
