Tina unknowingly started her career in email marketing in 2005 by using her HTML web development skills to build a customized monthly email bulletin in Microsoft Outlook as a marketing coordinator in the tourism industry. She has honed and expanded upon these skills at USM since 2012 and evolved from an email coding role to content and project management for all email marketing efforts. Tina is also part of the team that implemented a change in our email service provider to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which provides more features and flexibility to improve our email development and reporting.
An integral part of the responsive website redesign project, Tina is also responsible for content and upkeep of key recruitment pages on the website — including the home page, campaign landing pages, the Office of Admissions site, and all Funnel and Portal pages.
Additionally, Tina is the in-house guru for Wrike, the project management software we adopted in 2017 to help keep the constant flow of projects through the Marketing office running smoothly.
