Availability

The Cohen Center is generally open during typical working hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

In addition, during the academic year, the Cohen Center is reserved for school groups on weekdays from 10:00am - 1:00pm. We are therefore not able to reserve the space for any other groups during those times. If you would like, we can put a tentative hold on the space and let you know two weeks out from the event if the space will be available, but please note that this is subject to change anytime until the date two weeks out from the event.

 Set-up

Due to security measures, set-up of the Cohen Center is done by Osher Map Library staff members. We have on hand chairs and rectangular tables and can set them up in a congifuration fitting for your event. If you need tables not available through OML (such as circular or high-tops) only then will you need to put in a work order through facilities. If this is the case, please make a note so that we can work together and plan on their arrival.
