Jill began her career as an occupational therapist as a rehabilitation manager at a skilled nursing facility in Bath, was a traveling therapist for a year, and then found her OT home in pediatrics. She has been practicing in the field of pediatrics since 2005 with experience in both school and private clinical settings. She currently works with primary school age children in the public school setting. Jill is certified to administer the Sensory Integration and Praxis Test™ and holds certifications in Handwriting Without Tears®; Interactive Metronome®; Therapeutic Listening®; and Social Thinking®; and has completed continuing education in the areas of Sensory Integration Theory, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and other Childhood Illness, and Oral Motor Development.
Jill has a passion for working with kids to help them improve and achieve success both in school and at home, especially in the areas of sensory processing, emotional regulation, social interaction, behavior, and motor and visual perceptual skill development. Personally, Jill has a love for family, physical fitness, SUPing, and personal growth.
