This three-part interactive workshop will provide teachers and school faculty the knowledge and skills that will assist in the planning, implementation, and basic evaluation of practical and effective strategies that integrate Social Emotional Learning (SEL) into daily teaching practices. We will spend the last part of the workshop integrating SEL with the Common Core and into your lesson plans, choosing and implementing strategies that address your students’ needs for safety and connection, and engaging in a peer-feedback session as you implement “Everyday SEL” into your teaching practices and classroom culture.
