Description
Connect, share stories, ask questions, and troubleshoot your first few years in the classroom. Topics to be discussed could include: connecting at the start of the year, classroom routines, parent communication, teams, finding something that centers you, and now how to do all of this in a pandemic! We will work together to debrief and discuss common speed bumps, obstacles and mistakes we had in the first few years of teaching. Hopefully, you can come away with tips, and answers to your questions so that your years can move smoother and keep you in the game longer.
