Unit Level Criteria for Faculty Promotion and Tenure

UNIT-LEVEL CRITERIA FOR FACULTY PROMOTION AND TENURE

Article 10
(B)3 of the 2009-2011 AFUM Contract states that "For the purpose of evaluating peers, the full-time faculty of each department, division  or other appropriate unit shall develop evaluation criteria..." USM is required to include a copy of the appropriate unit-level criteria for faculty promotion and tenure with all requests for tenure submitted to the University of Maine System Board of Trustees.  Below you will find a list of links to unit-level criteria for faculty promotion and tenure.  We continue to activate links as we receive files or URLs from units.  Where criteria are embedded in unit-level policies and procedures, the entire file is available.
