Inspired by a New England winter, this is an original creation born out of a collaboration between the USM Department of Theatre and the Dance program to celebrate the beauty and magic of the winter season. The performance includes both dance and spoken word, accompanied by live and recorded music to explore the magic of the winter months and the promise of spring. Starting with the beauty of fall, the performance tracks the long months - from the first snowfall igniting child-like joy, to the winter solstice, culminating in the miraculous prospect of spring. It’s a perfect companion to your holiday fare and ideal for the entire family. The show is approximately 75 minutes with no intermission.
