Catering Orders

Please be aware that when requesting an order from Aramark on the USM campus for an event on or after November 6, 2013, a University purchase order will be required. 

Effective for events on or after November 6, 2013 orders placed with Aramark at the University of Southern Maine campus will require a University purchase order number instead of providing Aramark with a chartfield combination.

Orders placed with USM Aramark can be done by contacting Aramark via phone or by using Aramark’s online order system, Catertrax.

Order via phone:  Please contact Aramark catering office between 8am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday at 780-4204 or 780-5612.

University departments and colleges will be creating a standing purchase order with an estimate of spending for the remaining of fiscal year 2014.  The department will need to provide that purchase order number to Aramark when requesting catering services, food orders, through-the-line requests, all requests made to Aramark at the University of Southern Maine campus.

Training sessions were offered October 2013 for Divisional Financial Managers and key staff members, identified by Divisional Financial Managers.
