Some of the trainings available include:
- Language Matters
- Recovery Friendly Communities
- Marijuana Matters (in development)
For Students: This training is for students to learn stress reduction techniques, such as breathing and meditation to assist students in navigating relationships, opportunities and challenges that can arise in daily college life.
For RA's and RD's: This training will teach RA's and RD'S how to build positive community through meaningful connections with students and colleagues. The training will additionally provide stress reduction techniques to allow for greater service and leadership in the USM community.
For Faculty and Staff: This training offers stress management tools through breathing and meditation to re-vitalize as well as improve the skills of interacting effectively with students and other staff.
