Recovery Oriented Campus Center

Peer Photography

September 1, 2017 to April 20, 2018
Recovery Oriented Campus Center (ROCC) — Top floor of Sullivan
(Free)

Peer photography is a group of peer students that meet weekly to share a passion in photography, consistent with a focus on mindfulness, and awareness of the beauty that surrounds us. Photography allows an opportunity to be creative, and express ourselves in a way that’s fun and beneficial to recovery. The photography subject or focus of each week’s group is flexible based on peer interests. The group will initially meet at the ROCC, but will relocate outside or visit other nearby locations dependent on what the group determines to be their desired setting. All are welcome, regardless of skill level, however attendees should bring their own camera (i.e. digital, film, phone, etc.), together with comfortable clothing and footwear contingent on the day’s weather. Come join us to take, share, and discuss photos. Let’s learn, engage, and explore photography together!

Tuesdays 3-4 pm at the Recovery Oriented Campus Center
