Join Sky Happiness Campus Club at the ROCC for Wellness Wednesday, a 45 minute session to drop the daily stresses that build up in our system. You will learn a breathing technique or two and be guided in meditation by a certified Breath and Meditation Trainer. 12-12:45 THIS and NEXT Wednesdays, April 13th and 20th.
