To conveniently serve our students, the University of Southern Maine has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for verification of student enrollment status.

The "Enrollment Verification" is now available through MaineStreet, which allows current degree-seeking students to print their own enrollment verification.
While on MaineStreet, click the link to Student Self-Service, then Student Center, then under Academics select the scroll down bar titled other academic... and then select Enrollment Verification.
This enrollment verification can be presented to health insurance agencies, loan companies, car dealerships, housing authorities, consumer product companies, banks, etc., as official evidence of your enrollment at the University of Southern Maine. The verification is considered a valid, certified document. If you are not able to obtain the Enrollment Verification through MaineStreet Student Self-Service for any reason, please contact the Office of Registrar by phone 207-780-5230 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that the Clearinghouse is not able to process verifications that require academic (G.P.A.) information. These requests must be processed through the Office of the Registrar.
