Achieving a productive and meaningful research program with undergraduates requires, at the minimum, exceptional people skills, vigilant QA/QC oversight, clear goals and objectives, and a network of colleagues to share ideas and address policies and issues unique to the research environment. In this session, we invite you to share your successes (and failures!).
