Upperclass Hall

Upperclass Hall Front

Upperclass Hall is home to nearly 300 upperclass and graduate students who enjoy suite and apartment living in our only LEED certified residence hall. Any room can be made gender inclusive. Upperclass Hall suites and apartments have air conditioning with complete in-room control. Every floor has lounges, recycling rooms, and laundry facilities; laundry cycles can be monitored from your computer and a text message can be sent when your load is complete. The building is handicapped accessible and there is convenient parking just behind the building. Mail is delivered directly to the building, and each resident has their own mailbox. The recreation room has a pool table, ping-pong, foosball, television and vending machines and is a great place to hang out, with a view of the outdoor patio area. Music practice rooms are available, and two conference rooms may be booked for student use with the Residential Life office.

All suites and apartments have private baths. Four person double suite bedrooms include two twin beds, two dressers, two desks and chairs, and two closets. Suite common areas include a couch and a chair, two micro-fridges, and a counter top with cabinets and a sink. Bedrooms and common areas have cable tv and high speed internet hookups. Enhanced occupancy suite bedrooms have an additional bed, desk, and chair.
Four person single apartment bedrooms come with a twin bed, dresser, desk, chair and closet. Apartment common areas include a full kitchen with full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, microwave, plentiful cabinets and counter space, and a dining room table and four chairs. Bedrooms and common areas have cable tv and high speed internet hookups.

Upperclass suite double bedrooms are approximately 11'9" x 14'9", and suite living rooms are about 11' x 24'.

Upperclass Hall is a great place to live because the suites and apartments offer more autonomy and independence, while still fostering community and connections on campus.
