If you are a USM student pre-registered for fall 2014, admitted for summer or registered for summer classes here, consider living on campus in Upperclass Hall!

Shuttle bus runs between Gorham and Portland campuses Monday through Friday. Departs Gorham 7:15am and 5pm. Departs Portland 8:15am and 6pm. The bus picks up and drops off in front of Bailey Hall, Gorham campus and Woodbury Campus Center, Portland campus.

The details on the optional gap stay:
Full summer students, Sunday, May 11 - Friday, August 15, who have a fall 2014 room assignment at USM may move into their fall room assignment at the end of summer session and stay through the two week gap period between the end of summer session and the start of fall semester at no additional charge.

Other summer students wishing to stay for the two week gap from August 15 - September 1 must move in to their summer assignment by June 30, must be continuing in summer housing for the remainder of the summer session, and must have a fall room assignment at USM. An additional $130.00 charge will be applied to the student’s account for the gap period.

Students without a fall room assignment and/or who move in to summer housing after June 30 are ineligible to live on campus for the gap period.

UC KitchenCancellation policy:
* Cancellation prior to arrival: 100% refund
* Cancellation in writing after arrival but prior to mid-point of reserved stay: 50% refund
* Cancellation in writing at or after mid-point of reserved stay: No refund

UC living roomAssignment confirmation and balance due amount will be mailed or e-mailed at a later date. Any past due balance on a University account must be cleared before assignment is made. Payment in full is due prior to moving in to the residence hall if stay is less than the full summer session. A three payment plan option, with an enrollment deadline of April 15, 2014, may be available for those USM students planning to live in housing for the full summer only. Contact Student Accounts at 207-780-5200 to set up this payment plan or to discuss your payment plan options if you are assigned to housing after April 15.
