Description
The A. Nye Bemis Memorial Scholarship was established at the University of Southern Maine in 1983 by family and friends of A. Nye Bemis for his service and contribution to the University community as the Director of Professional Development and International Exchange, as well as, his time as a faculty member in Education. The scholarship is awarded to a USM student for the purpose of cultural enrichment when abroad.
Eligibility
Matriculated degree candidates approved for a study abroad program with a minimum 3.0 GPA. (Financial need not required but may be considered)

No formal application. All students who apply to study abroad by the deadline and receive institutional approval are automatically considered.
