Description
The Bertha Bridges Willis and Ralph "Rusty" Willis Scholarship was originally established in 1993 by family and friends in memory of "Rusty" Willis. It was then endowed in 1994. Mr. Willis graduated from Gorham Normal School in 1936, taught industrial arts for 14-years and was honored by the USM Husky Hall of Fame for his contributions to athletics at USM.
