John R. Babine Memorial Scholarship


The John R. Babine Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 1973, by the family and friends of John R. Babine, for express purpose of providing scholarships to deserving students of the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Southern Maine at Portland-Gorham. First preference will be given to entering freshman who are graduates of Deering High School, Portland, Maine. 


Entering freshman who are graduates of Deering High School that plan to enroll at USM.
