Professional Activity

Prior to joining the USM School of Business faculty, Professor Griffin integrated her practical experience as a Board Certified Medical Technologist and business perspective from her M.B.A. to understand and effectively address the unique challenges facing the pharmaceutical industry and employee development.  The activities of leading and managing hundreds of sales representatives involved customizing training programs, presenting professional programs to the medical community, developing marketing campaigns for new product launches, and moderating physician advisory boards.
