Dr. Pratt earned a Doctor of Psychology degree in School Psychology from the University of Southern Maine, where she participated on a research team and taught courses in academic and cognitive assessment. After completing her degree, Dr. Pratt obtained licensure as a Psychologist and certification as a doctoral level School Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has worked with school-aged children in the state of Maine since 2005 and most recently served as the Director of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services for an agency providing early education, special education, day treatment, and home-based services to children with developmental disabilities and emotional-behavioral disorders. Dr. Pratt joined the faculty at the University of Southern Maine in the fall of 2016 and continues to provide assessment, consultation, and intervention services to Maine’s school-aged children. Dr. Pratt also has contributed to several publications on behavior analytic assessment and intervention strategies and is currently collaborating with her program colleagues to revise a book that offers guidance on conducting functional behavioral assessments in schools.
