Cardio Dance:
A fusion of Latin & International music and/or Hip Hop dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and effective work out system. Wear loose comfortable clothing!

Cross Training:
This program will include cardiovascular and anaerobic exercises, strength training, and plyometrics! Training methods, race training and running technique tips and general fitness programs will be addressed. Class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

Schedule: M-W-F, 4:30pm-5:00pm with fitballs & general fitness
Schedule: M-W-F, 5:00pm-6:00pm full-fledged advanced class

Indoor Walk/Jog Drop In:
Open gym time for walking/jogging.  The main gym is 12 laps to a mile.
Schedule: M-W-F 6:00am-9:00am
Fee: Free for Students, Included with current gym membership,
$5 drop in day fee for all non members


Lunch Spin Express :
A moderate to vigorous 45 minute workout that will include a warm-up, 35 minutes of spinning and then cool down and stretching.  Good for exercisers of all levels
Limited space available. Commitment to attend offering required. 3 un-excused absences will result in forfeiture of your space and no refund will be available.

Cardio and interval training to maximize weight loss, strenght training for bone density, core stability for toning, and flexibility for balance and joint mobility.  Get all the benefits of a good balanced work-out.  Modifications can be made to meet different fitness levels.

Yoga Class offerings:
Pre-registration for yoga class offerings is a must.  If you are signing up for this program, you should be prepared to make a 12 week commitment to one class per week.

Racquetball/Squash Leagues and Clinics

Leagues are offered at the beginning of the Fall and Spring academic semesters. 
These leagues are open to anyone with a current membership for a nominal fee.

Bring your own group or join with others! Badminton, Dodgeball, Floor Hockey, or Volleyball equipment available for sign out.
