CROSS TRAINING 

This program includes cardiovascular and anaerobic exercises, strength training, and plyometrics! This is an intermediate to advanced boot camp style program. M, W, 5:15pm - 6:00pm. FREE activity.       

 

MORNING WALK/JOG 

Open gym time for walk jog. 12 laps around the main gym is mile. M, W, F, 6:00am - 9:00am. FREE activity.

 

PICKLEBALL 

A paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. T, 1:00pm - 3:00pm. FREE activity.   

           

SPIN IT! 

Upbeat spin class, designed to wake you up and get you ready for the day! M, W, 6:00am - 7:00am. Fees: Free students, $30 members, $120 Public.

 

YOGA 

Classic: Yogaposes and guided visualizations make this class the perfect combination of relaxation and fitness.  T, 12:00pm - 1:15pm.

Yoga for Life: Exploring basic yoga poses to gain strength, flexibility and balance for your body & mind. TH 1:00pm-2:15pm Fees: Students: $25 Members: $75 Public: $150

 

WOMEN’S STREGTH & POWER HOUR

Women’s only circuit training will focus on providing the essentials to increase muscular strength, bone density, core stability balance and mobility. Modifications can be made to meet different fitness levels. T, TH, 1:30pm-2:30pm. Fees: Students $10, Members $20 Public $100
