Summer Semester 2016- Yoga Tuesday 12 noon - 1:15 pm for 13 weeks



Dates:              May 24, 2016 – August 23, 2016

 

Times:              Tuesday, 12:00 p.m. – 1:15 p.m. 

 

Where:            Sullivan Complex, Multipurpose room Lower Level


Cost:               $20.00 with USM Student I.D. & Risk & Release form

 

Cost:               $50.00 with current Sullivan Complex membership


Cost:               $100.00 General Public

 

 

Classic Yoga - Make your day with the noontime yoga class.  A gentle to moderate class in the traditional (Iyengar) hatha yoga style. Suitable for beginners as well as more advanced students this all-level class will increase flexibility, endurance, focus and concentration while it tones and strengthens.  Regular, restorative, and relaxation poses and guided visualizations are all included. Instructor Severina Drunchilova

 

 

Cross Training class Monday –Wednesday class 5:00pm – 6:00pm for 15 weeks
           

Dates:             May 16, 2016 – August 24, 2016 (2 day a week offering)

 

When:             M-W     5:00p.m. – 6:00 p.m.


Where:            Sullivan Complex, Main Gym

 

Cost:               Free to students/members or $5 day pass

 

This program includes cardiovascular and anaerobic exercises, strength training, and plyometrics! This is an advanced group exercise fitness program. Drop in as part of the group exercising together boot camp style! Instructor: Maureen Higgins. 

 

 

Spin IT class Monday/Wednesday AM class 6:00 am – 7:00 am for 13 weeks

 

Date :                   June 1st – Aug 24th (2 day a week offering)

When:                  M-W  6:00 am – 7:00 am

Where:                 Sullivan Complex, Spinning Room (Multipurpose RM 216)

Cost:                    Free with USM Student I.D., $30 with current Sullivan membership, $75 General

 

A group fitness workout on spinning bikes. Limited to 14 participants Instructor Stefanie Sultz.
