Everett earned his BFA from Boston University in Acting (’96 Magna Cum Laude). His heart has always been split between being on stage and being backstage. He has been a working theater professional for the past 23 years, first in Boston creating scenery for mostly Operas including Boston Opera, Fort Worth Opera, Opera Omaha, Central City Opera; in NYC creating for Broadway, television, corporate events and film for 17 years including all Food Network Produced shows, NBC, ABC, CBS, MSNBC Major League Football and World Wrestling Federation. His Broadway credits include working on sets for Little Mermaid, Wedding Singer, Waiting for Godot (twice), Lead Scenic for the Broadway production, the Off-Broadway production and the tour of Peter and the Star Catcher, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and many many more. His creative work can be seen at Disney World in Florida and Disney Europe in France. Everett is a firm believer that ANYONE can and is creative no matter the amount of talent or training. He is thrilled to join the USM Theater family and looks forward to meeting all the students.
