Ian earned his BA in Theater from the University of Southern Maine. He has worked professionally as a stage and film actor, audiobook narrator, and voiceover artist for over ten years. Film and television credits include: Anniversary, NOS4A2, Castle Rock, Summer Someday, Hanover House, Telephoto, and The Transition of Minor Skies. His commercial work includes regional and national brands including IBM Security, Shark Vacuums, WP Engine, Hannaford, Dunkin' Donuts, Amtrak Downeaster, and Thos. Moser. His audio drama work includes appearances in Audie Award® nominated audio dramas, Locke & Key and The X-Files Cold Cases. Local acting work includes: Read to Me, A Christmas Carol (Portland Stage), Cock, Equivocation, (Dramatic Repertory Co.), Richard II (Portland Shakespeare Co.), The Conquest of the South Pole (Snowlion Rep.) Romeo & Juliet, Love's Labours Lost (Fenix Theater). He was a founding member of the Lorem Ipsum Theater Collective where he worked as an actor/writer/producer on such plays as: Ubu Roi, Blood Wedding, Ghosts, Our Late Night, The Threepenny Opera, Weeping & Blubbering, Love & Information, Owners, and his original play GARGANTUA!
