TAH 307 AFTER THE STORM: Miami to Cuba Travel Class
January 11-21, 2018

6 Credits. Open to all USM majors, non-student friends and family can participate as well.

Students will study the impact of recent hurricanes on Caribbean islands and the cruise ship industry that rely on tourism, as well as look at perceptions of the Cuba tourism industry from the perspective of Miami communities and other Caribbean nations.

$250 deposit needed at AAA Travel by October 10, 2017.

Starting at $2500 per person course fee (quad rooms in hotel and on cruise ship). Double or single room increases the price.
Includes air from Portland, 4 days in Miami visiting Royal Caribbean Headquarters, Little Havana, Everglades and beaches, then board a Royal Caribbean cruise ship to Havana, Cuba including stops in the Florida Keys and Nassau, Bahamas.
