University Health and Counseling Services

Your Birth Control Choices

Statement from Health and Counseling Services:

In response to the recent leak from the Supreme Court regarding Roe v Wade, University Health and Counseling Services would like to reassure students that we are available to discuss ALL options for pregnancy. We are here to support you, our students, and to provide you with compassionate, supportive, non-judgmental care. Please call us with questions or concerns.

At UHS we support you in choosing a method of birth control that works for you.

By discussing your unique needs and preferences, we help inform you of your choices.

We offer prescriptions for birth control pills, vaginal rings, depo shots, and the patch.  If you prefer a longer acting method, such as an IUD or Nexplanon, we will connect you with local resources for a prompt appointment.
