Where do I go to order clothing and giftware?
Clothing and giftware can be ordered from our online store here (link will open in new tab).

Is everything you have listed online?
Unfortunately, no. While we have a large number of items available online and add items on a regular basis, we are unable to put low stock items on the website. To find out everything we have, come visit us in-person or give us a call at (207)780-4070 with your questions.

When will I receive my order?
Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days of placing the order. Many of our orders are processed and shipped out same-day. You will receive an automated email letting you know your order has been processed and is ready for shipment. We ship primarily UPS Ground and an emailed tracking number is provided with clothing and giftware orders.

How does sizing run?
We order our clothing from a variety of vendors - Champion, Under Armour, MV Sport, Charles River Apparel, and more. While most items in our store are unisex or men's sizing, each vendor may have a different idea about what that means. Women's fit items tend to run on the smaller side, while jackets and sweatshirts tend to run large to accommodate for clothing underneath.

What sizes do you carry?
Most of our inventory is available in sizes S-2X. Occasionally, clothing items are available in XS or 3X and up. If you are looking for a size that is not listed online, we may have some in stock that are not shown due to low stock. Feel free to give us a call or email with sizing questions.

What if I buy the wrong size/don't like the fit/change my mind?
We know it can be difficult to buy clothing items online, so we offer a 30 day returns policy on clothing purchases. Items must be returned in the same condition they were purchased, unwashed and with tags intact. If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or color, please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure it's available and set one aside for you.

What if I need to cancel my order?
To cancel an online order, please call our Online Ordering Department at (207)780-4468 and have the Billing Name and/or Order Number on-hand.
