1. Access your mailbox by dialing *86 or your 10-digit phone number + SEND.

2. If prompted for a password, use 9999.  You’ll change this initial password during set up.

3. Follow these prompts to set up your mailbox:

   1. Choose English or Spanish as your language preference

   2. Set up your 4–10-digit password†

   3. Record your voice signature

   4. Record or select your greeting

4. Start using your mailbox. You can also customize mailbox preferences by pressing 3 for greetings or 4 for personal options.

1. Call into the Voice Mail System—
   From your wireless phone:
   Access your mailbox by dialing *86 or your 10-digit phone number + SEND.
   
   From any other phone:
   Dial your wireless phone number. Interrupt greeting by pressing *

2. Follow the prompts to enter your password or start using your mailbox.

Skip Password—Your Voice Mail is set up to prompt you for your password each time you access your mailbox from any phone. This protects your privacy. The Skip Password option, when turned “On”, allows direct access to your Voice Mail from your wireless phone without entering a password. Keep “Off” for password protection.
