  • Installation of a new phone line and/or jack
  • Move a phone
  • Phone feature changes
  • Phone Upgrades
  • Request a portable TTY/TDD telephone for on campus events


USM Telecommunication usually request you allow up to 10 working days for the completion of a request. Conference phone set-up usually requires 2-3 days advance notice.

 

PLEASE NOTE: To REPORT telephone/voicemail TROUBLES, outages or service PROBLEMS please call our TROUBLE LINE @ Ext: 4029 and leave your name, telephone number, location and a brief description of the problem. For CHANGES in directory listings or updating calling party name display please use the DIRECTORY UPDATE form listed on the FORMS page.
