Honors Art is conducted in an “open studio” format. Students research post-secondary art options and portfolio requirements, develop a rigorous semester plan with teacher-approved projects and goals, and work diligently and independently with teacher guidance and peer/teacher critiques to create a body of work based on class and personal concentration themes.
