The Ph.D. in Public Policy with a concentration in educational leadership and policy is a 45-credit program designed for working professionals with experience and interest in educational leadership who wish to attain a doctorate. A partnership between the Edmund S. Muskie School of Public Service and the School of Education and Human Development under the College of Management and Human Service, this unique program is a cross-collaboration of program and faculty expertise.
